How long does it take my order to ship?


Tallow & Glow is handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Is this product shelf-stable?


Yes. Tallow & Glow is naturally shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.

Why does the texture vary slightly from batch to batch?


Because this is a handcrafted product, slight variations in texture are completely normal and do not affect quality or performance.

Can I return this product?


Due to the handmade and personal nature of skincare products, all Tallow & Glow sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

What if my product softens during shipping?


In warmer temperatures, the tallow may soften slightly during transit. Simply allow it to return to room temperature—this does not affect quality or performance.

Is this safe around pets?


Tallow & Glow is formulated with pet-conscious ingredients. As with any skincare product containing essential oils, allow the moisturizer to fully absorb before close pet contact.
