Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, small-batch products made with care and intention. Please review our policy below so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

🌿 Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items (Tallow & Glow Moisturizers)

Because our tallow moisturizers are handcrafted in small batches and made to order, all sales are final once the product has been opened or used.

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Eligible resolutions may include:

  • A replacement (when available)
  • Store credit
  • A refund (at our discretion)

🐾 Ready-to-Ship Items (Catnip, Cat Toys & Accessories)

Unused, unopened ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

📦 Orders Containing Multiple Product Types

If your order includes both handcrafted and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will follow the handcrafted item policy for returns and refunds.

🚚 Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package has shipped.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
  • For lost or significantly delayed packages, reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
