How much does shipping cost?
The regular shipping range, on all orders is between $5.00 - $10.00, depending on order quantity and if you want to choose an expedited shipping option such as Priority or express shipping.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
Our Beef Tallow products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency. Because of this, processing times differ slightly from mass-produced products.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
This allows each product to properly set and pass a final quality check before shipping. If you are ordering a product that does not require production, processing times are much shorter. Usually 1-2 business days.
During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. If that happens, we’ll always keep you informed. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. 🙂

What locations do you ship to?
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the option selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (after processing)
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. We understand that you are excited to receive your order and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, we’re happy to help where possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over. Customer service is our top priority!
